This is Salon SAVA 101; the following is to ensure we provide you, and our other valued guests with the best possible experience.

  • Be On Time: All clients are expected to arrive on time to each and every appointment - we will also do our best to not keep you waiting.

  • Electronic Appointment Confirmation: If you have provided us with your mobile phone# or e-mail, we will send out an appointment reminder 24 hours before your appointment; however, you are still responsible for being aware of your appointment date. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please do so 24 hours before your appointment. (please do not reply to the electronic confirmation) no show fees may apply.

  • Your Feedback is Very Important to Us: We just ask that at any point during or after your service you are not completely satisfied, or if you have a suggestion to help us improve anything, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify and/or improve your experience

  • Referrals and Reviews: If you enjoyed your service, or if there was something we did to make your visit extra special please leave us a review on Google or Facebook - and tell your friends and family! We thank you in advance for all referrals and your constant support

  • Curbside Pickup & Delivery: We now offer curbside pickup & Saskatoon delivery on our retail item! Deliveries within the city limits are free on purchases over $75

  • Gift Certificates: You can now purchase a gift certificate online, in store, or over the phone, for a specific service or dollar amount. The value will never expire.

  • Covid 19 Protocol: Our goal is to keep you and our staff as safe as possible. We believe the minimum health code is just that; the minimum. We go above and beyond the minimum, and have a perfect record on our health and safety inspections. Please feel free to ask about our protocol in more detail.

  • The Silent Treatment: This option may be added on to any service if you would prefer to `cut the chit-chat.’ We will limit talking to any information specific to your service so that you may enjoy your experience in comfortable silence.

  • Facetime Consultation: Our consultations are always free but now we are offering video consultations so you can get beauty advice and recommendations from the comfort and safety of your own home!
